Prodexpo Moscow 2027 is held from 1–4 March 2027 in pavilions 1, 2 and 3 of the Crocus Expo fair centre in the Moscow region. PRODEXPO 2027 is announced by the organiser as the 34th International Food, Beverage and Food Ingredients Exhibition. The fair is organised by EXPOCENTRE AO; the event is carried out with the support of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture and under the patronage of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the fair carries UFI and Russian Exhibitions and Fairs Association (RUEF) certifications. The organiser states that the fair offers all segments of the food market across 30 product sectors. The ProdexpoWine Salon dedicated to wine and alcoholic beverages and the Prodexpo Organic focused on organic products are among the fair’s special sections; international country pavilions and Russia’s regional pavilions are also included. For visitors the fair is open from 10:00 to 18:00 on the first three days, and from 10:00 to 16:00 on the last day. Crocus Expo is directly accessible from the Myakinino metro station on the Arbatsko‑Pokrovskaya line via the exit that opens to the pavilions.
