Meat & Poultry Industry Russia 2027 will take place on 25-27 May 2027 at the Timiryazev Center exhibition center in Moscow. Held in Russia since 2001, the fair has been organized with the support of VIV Worldwide since 2004; its full Russian name means “Meat Industry. Poultry King. Refrigeration Industry for the Agricultural Sector” and its short name is MAP Russia. The fair covers every stage of production, from feed manufacturing to livestock farming and from slaughtering and meat processing to the cold chain; solutions for pig, broiler, laying hen and cattle production are exhibited. Refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, cold stores and refrigerated transport are featured in the RefCold Russia section under the same roof. The target audience of the fair is feed mills, poultry and pig farms, cattle and dairy farms, and meat and dairy processing plants. The 2026 edition was visited by 6,075 people. The fair is organized by ASTI Group; a business program and the MEAT BATTLE event with participating chefs are part of the program.
