Held annually in Cologne in January-February since 1971, ISM is the undisputed world-leading trade fair for the sweets and snacks industry. Organized by Koelnmesse GmbH, the fair opens its doors at Koelnmesse between January 31 — February 3, 2027. Bringing together over 1,500 exhibiting companies from 70 countries and 32,000 industry professionals from 135 countries in its 2026 edition, ISM presents the entire spectrum of the industry under one roof, from chocolate and chocolate products to confectionery and caramel, fine baked goods and biscuits to snack products, natural sweeteners and trend snacks, breakfast snacks to ice cream and frozen confectionery. From the 2027 edition onwards, ISM is undergoing a significant transformation: ProSweets Cologne is being renamed ISM Manufacturing and merging with ISM and ISM Ingredients; the entire value chain, from raw materials and ingredients to production and packaging technologies, and the final product, is presented under one powerful roof. The expectation for 2027 is over 1,600 exhibitors and over 37,000 visitors. 87% of exhibitors and 71% of visitors come from abroad. For participation from Turkey, we, Delta Expo Travel Agency, undertake the entire organization, including hotel, flight, visa, and transfer.
