Every year in August, the Iran CONFAIR held in Tehran is the most influential construction and building sector fair in the Middle East. The 26th edition opens its doors at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground from 18-21 August 2026. The 2025 edition brought together 380 local and foreign participating companies in an area exceeding 30,000 m². The 2026 edition is expected to grow further with an area exceeding 40,000 m². Covering the entire value chain of the construction industry—from building materials and technologies to urban infrastructure solutions, residential project equipment to smart building systems—this fair is one of the most critical Middle Eastern platforms for Turkish building material companies, given Iran’s annual need for 1.5 million homes and massive infrastructure investments. Delta Expo Travel Agency will handle the entire organization, including hotel, flight, and transfer arrangements, for participation from Turkey.
