1‐ Schengen Visa Application Form: The application form must be completed in full, in handwriting, and signed personally by the applicant. The signature section on the last page must be signed. The form of minors must be completed and signed by their parents. CLICK HERE FOR THE APPLICATION FORM.
2‐ Photo: One biometric photo with a white background, not older than 3 months, in 3.5x4.5 cm format. The photo must have a clear view of the head and chin. Hair or any head covering should not be visible on the ears or face. The entire shape of the eyebrows must be visible. The photo must be taken from the front and show the entire face. Photoshopped, blurry, too bright or dark, or glasses-wearing photos are not accepted.
3‐ Original Passport: A valid passport with a minimum of 2 blank visa pages, and a validity period of at least 3 months beyond the return date. The passport must not be damaged and must be no older than 10 years. If the passport is damaged, it must be renewed.
4‐ Flight Reservation: A flight reservation or other proof of transportation for the planned date of travel. The reservation must be printed on the airline's letterhead and include the PNR code. Email printouts are not accepted, and reservations that have expired or are inactive will not be processed. The flight details, including departure and arrival cities, must be clearly stated on the document, and the passenger's name must be spelled correctly.
If entry to Spain will be made by bus or rented vehicle from a different country, the rental details, vehicle license plates, transfer-related documents, or a written statement containing this information must be submitted. In group entries, the bus driver's license and vehicle license plate must also be included. For charter flights, the travel agency must attach the charter contract (OUR AGENCY WILL PREPARE THIS).
5. Accommodation: A fully comprehensive hotel reservation, including the hotel name, address, and the traveler's name, must be submitted. If your trip will include a part of a Schengen country, please also attach your travel program to the file. The hotel reservation dates must be consistent with the flight reservation dates and must provide evidence that the majority of the trip will take place in Spain. If accommodation information is provided in the invitation, a copy of the identity document of the person sending the invitation must also be attached (OUR AGENCY WILL PREPARE THIS).
6. Travel health insurance must be minimum 30,000€, covering all medical expenses, both inpatient and outpatient, as well as transportation costs for the repatriation of the deceased in case of death. The insurance policy must be stamped and signed on a notarized document. The insurance policy must not contain any other currency, such as Dollar or TL, and only the Euro is accepted (OUR AGENCY WILL PREPARE THIS).
7. Employer's letter: If the applicant is employed or is the owner of the workplace, an original employer's letter, stamped and signed on company letterhead, addressed to the Spanish Consulate, must be submitted. The travel dates must be specified, and the dates must include the flight and hotel dates.
For employees working in government institutions, in addition to the employer's letter, there should also be written permits indicating their authorized days.
8‐ Employment notification: The workplace address registered in the SGK employment certificate must be in one of the cities where the Istanbul Consulate General can be applied. If your central office is located outside of these cities, a company letter explaining the situation must be attached to the file.
9‐ 4A / SGK service record: Detailed, barcoded service record (all dates for which premiums have been paid, from the date of the first insurance entry) (must be from one of the cities where the Istanbul Consulate General can be applied).
10‐ Salary slips: Original document stating the employee's position and salary at their place of work. The last 3 months' salary slips must be wet-ink signed and stamped. For individuals who have previously obtained a Schengen visa, it is not obligatory for their salary slips to be stamped and signed.
11‐ Business license: Original and up-to-date document showing registration with the Chamber of Commerce (business license/Chamber of Commerce registration certificate). This document must be wet-ink signed or e-signed. It will not be accepted in any other form.

15‐ For retirees: If the applicant is a retiree, a photocopy of their ID card with a photo and a bank statement from the bank where they receive their pension, showing their current account balance, dated within the last 2 weeks.
Bank documents must be original, stamped and signed.
16‐ For students: If the applicant is a student, an original, wet-ink, stamped student ID card issued by the school is required. If the student is participating in a cultural or sporting event (school trip - camp - competition, etc.), an invitation from Spain is required.
17‐ For unemployed individuals: The applicant's sponsor must provide sponsorship. Only parents, spouse or partner can be a sponsor. The sponsor must submit an original, wet-ink, stamped application letter, all work documents and bank documents, and if applicable, financial situation documents. A certified copy of the population register is required to show the relationship with the sponsor. If the applicant is a recent graduate, a copy of the diploma or graduation certificate is also required.
18‐ For farmers: If the applicant is a farmer, a farmer's ID card issued by the relevant agricultural association.
19‐ Bank account: A stamped and signed bank account statement with a copy of the last 3 months, printed on company letterhead within the last 15 days. New accounts are not accepted. Only Turkish banks are accepted. In tourist applications, company accounts are not accepted.
20‐ Financial situation: Other documents showing the financial situation; if applicable, a copy of the vehicle registration and property deed. If there are more than two property deeds or vehicle registrations, only two are required. Copies must be A4 size. Documents Required for Schengen Visa for Tourist Purposes
21‐ Consent: A consent form is required for minors traveling alone or with only one parent or grandparent.
Agreement Form: The name and ID number of the person traveling with the applicant must be stated; the applicant's accommodation, transportation information, and valid visa must also be attached to the file. Additionally, the phrase "traveling to SPAIN" must be included in the agreement form. In school trips, the teacher's name accompanying the student group must be stated, and a copy of the teacher's visa must be attached to the file. If a Spanish institution is to be visited, the name of that institution must also be stated in the agreement form.
22‐ Marriage Certificate: A copy of the marriage certificate or a certified copy of the population registration record must be attached to the file if the expenses are covered by the spouse. (If the traveler's documents have a different surname: If the reason for the different surname is marriage, a copy of the marriage certificate must be attached; if it is divorce, a copy of the divorce document must be attached to the file.)
23‐ Residency: The residency document must be obtained from the population registry, the muhtars, or the E-devlet account, and the applicant's name must be stated. It must be presented regardless of the applicant's age (infants and children).
24‐ Certified Population Registration Record: A certified population registration record is required to show the sponsor and family ties for applicants who are not working or students. In addition, it must be presented in cases of surname change. It must be presented regardless of the applicant's age (infants and children).
25‐ EU Citizens Married to an EU Citizen: Marriage Certificate issued by an EU country. Only marriages recognized by EU authorities are valid for EU citizens, and marriage certificates issued by Turkish authorities are not considered valid.
26‐ For Foreigners: A valid residence permit/ residence permit. It must be valid for at least 3 months and 15 days from the date of return.
This document is not sufficient to prove the extension of the stay. (Short-Term/Short-Term residence permits are not accepted, However, if the person has work documents showing that they work in Turkey, short-term is accepted.)27‐ Copy of ID card and passport: A4-sized photocopy of all processed pages (including pages with visa or stamp) of the ID card and current passport. If you have an old passport with a Schengen visa issued within the last three years, only photocopy the pages with the visa. A printed photo is not accepted. The photocopies of the documents must be in their actual size.
28‐ Visa fee + Service charge: Refund requests are not accepted in case of visa rejection.
NOT 1: Scanning documents and printing them out is not accepted.
NOT 2: The original documents must not have stamps such as "aslı gibidir" (original is the same). People who want to get back their original documents can get a stamp on the photocopy saying "orjinali görüldü" (original was seen) and get their photocopy back.
NOT 3: Documents must be in A4 format.
NOT 4: Children under 12 years old must have their photo taken even if they have a visa.
NOT 5: Visas from Germany, Hungary, Austria, and Switzerland are not accepted due to differences in alphabet.

Foto must be taken from the front and show the entire face. It must have been processed using Photoshop. Photos that are blurry, too bright or dark, or taken with glasses are not accepted.
3‐ Original passport: Valid for at least 3 months and 15 days beyond the return date, with at least 2 blank visa pages that can be stamped, and not older than 10 years. If your passport is damaged, it must be renewed. (TO BE PREPARED BY OUR AGENCY.)
4‐ Flight reservation: Flight reservation or other proof of transportation for the planned date, including the PNR code on the reservation. Email printouts are not accepted, and reservations that have expired or are inactive will not be processed. The reservation must include the correct name of the passenger, departure and arrival dates, and times, as well as the departure and arrival cities. If a bus or rental car is used to enter Spain from another country, the rental details, vehicle license plates, and transfer documents, or a written statement with this information, must be provided. In group travel, the bus driver's license and vehicle license plate must also be included. For charter flights, the travel agency must attach the charter contract. (TO BE PREPARED BY OUR AGENCY.)
5‐ Hotel: Confirmed hotel reservation covering the entire duration of the trip, including the hotel name, address, and the passenger's name. If part of your trip will take place in other Schengen countries, please also attach your travel itinerary to the file.
Hotel reservation dates must be in line with flight reservation dates, and proof must be provided that the majority of the trip will take place in Spain. (TO BE PREPARED BY OUR AGENCY.)
6‐ Insurance: Travel health insurance with a minimum of €30,000 in coverage, including standing, lying, and all treatment expenses, as well as transportation costs for the deceased in case of death, must be provided on a stamped and signed letterhead. The insurance policy must not include any other currency, and insurance policies presented in dollars, TL, etc. will not be accepted.
7‐ Invitation: An invitation letter sent by the Spanish company, including the travel dates and names of the relevant individuals. The invitation letter must be on a stamped and signed letterhead. A color copy of the invitation is accepted, but a photocopy is not.
8‐ Employer's letter: If the applicant is employed or is the owner of the workplace, an original employer's letter, written on the company's letterhead and stamped and signed, addressed to the Spanish Consulate. The travel dates must be included, and must cover both flight and hotel dates. For employees of government institutions, in addition to the employer's letter, a document with the written dates of their authorized leave must also be provided. Travel expenses will be covered by the company if stated in the employer's letter that all travel expenses will be covered by the company.
9‐ If attending the fair: A fair entry card or participation certificate indicating attendance.
10‐ Employment notification: The workplace address must be registered in the SGK employment certificate and must be located in one of the cities from which the Istanbul Consulate can be applied. 17‐ For Farmers: If the applicant is a farmer, the farmer's certificate issued by the agricultural chamber to which they are affiliated.
18‐ Bank Account: If the company employee has stated in the workplace letter that expenses will be covered by the company, a bank account is not required. However, if you are the workplace owner and do not have a partner, the company bank account must be added. In joint companies, the company bank account is not accepted, and a personal bank account must be provided. The bank account statement for the last 3 months, which has been operated within the last 15 days, must be added in a stamped, sealed, and signed form on plain paper. If the company employee states that expenses will be covered by the company, a personal bank account must be provided. Newly opened accounts are not accepted at all. Only Turkish banks are accepted.
19‐ Residence: It must be obtained from the population registry, the muhtars, or the E-devlet account, and the applicant's name must be written.
20‐ Valid Population Registration Document: It must also be provided in cases of surname changes.
21‐ For Foreigners: A valid legal residence/ residence permit. It must be valid for 3 months and 15 days from the date of return from the trip. A document stating that the permit has been extended is not sufficient. (Short-term residence permits are not accepted, but if the person has work documents showing that they work in Turkey, short-term is accepted.)

22‐ Copy of ID Card and Passport: A4-sized photocopy of the ID card and all processed pages of the current passport (including pages with visas or stamps), and only photocopies of the visas obtained in the last three years if you have an old passport with a Schengen visa.
23‐ VISA Fee + Service Charge: The visa application fee is non-refundable in case of rejection.
NOT 1: Scanned copies of documents are not accepted.
NOT 2: The original documents should not have stamps or seals indicating "copy" or similar. If you want to retrieve the original document, the cashier will stamp the photocopy with "original seen" and return it to you.
NOT 3: Documents must be in A4 format.
NOT 4: Children under 12 years old must have a photo taken, even if they have a visa.
NOT 5: Visas issued by Germany, Hungary, Austria, and Switzerland are not accepted due to differences in the visa label.
NOT 6: Applications for travel plans beyond 90 days are not accepted. The period between your travel date and application date should not exceed 90 days.
NOT 7: There should be a 4-working-day gap between your travel date and application date. Applications submitted within 4 working days will not be accepted.

In cases where additional documents are deemed necessary, photocopies of the originals or the same documents may be requested by the consular staff and/or BLS International personnel. In such cases, BLS International personnel may note comments on the application, and may return unnecessary documents.
The visa application fee, service fee, and other additional services paid during the application process will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the application or if the visa is rejected.
