UzFood 2027 will take place on 13-15 April 2027 at the Uzexpocentre NEC exhibition centre in Tashkent. Launched in 2000 and previously held under the names InterFood Uzbekistan and WorldFood Uzbekistan, the international fair for food, food ingredients and food technologies holds its 26th edition in 2027. The exhibition area features food products, beverages, ingredients, additives and spices, processing plants and equipment, hygiene and safety, storage, measuring instruments, and filling and packaging machinery. The packaging fair O‘ZuPACK is held at the same time as the technology section of the fair; a wholesale purchasing centre for retail chains and a business programme are also part of the event. At the 25th anniversary edition in April 2026, 529 companies from 26 countries exhibited on an area of about 14,000 m²; 14,994 visits from 41 countries were recorded, 11,107 of them by unique visitors. Visitors include food and beverage manufacturers, ingredient distributors, dried fruit producers, farmers, HoReCa representatives, retail chains and officials of the relevant ministries.
