CAEx Food & HoReCa 2027 will take place on 4-6 February 2027 at the CAEx Uzbekistan Exhibition Centre in Tashkent. The event, the third international fair for the food and HoReCa sectors in Uzbekistan, brings together food products, beverages, bakery, food ingredients and additives, food packaging, food processing technologies and hotel and restaurant management. The food section showcases dairy products, bread and bakery products, frozen and meat products, dried fruit, coffee and spices; the HoReCa section showcases industrial kitchen, laundry, cleaning and coffee equipment as well as hotel and restaurant management software. At the previous edition, held in October 2025 under the name CAEx HoReCa | UzFPT, 60 companies took part, 6 of them foreign, and 3,500 professionals, including 210 foreign visitors from 16 countries, toured the fair. Visitors include chefs, hotel, restaurant and cafe owners, purchasing managers, distributors, wholesalers and catering companies. Admission is free with online registration.
