SIAL Canada 2027 will take place on 27-29 April 2027 at the Enercare Centre in Toronto. The fair is the Canadian part of the SIAL network of professional food trade shows and is run in partnership with ADAQ, the Agri-Food Export Group Québec–Canada and Comexposium. According to the organizer, SIAL Canada is North America’s largest professional trade show dedicated to the agri-food industry. Its sections include the new Superfoods Pavilion, Grocery, Fresh Market, Beverages, Dairy Products, Processing, Packaging & Co-Manufacturing, Equipment & Services and the Start-Up Village, along with Canadian and international country pavilions. The 23rd edition was held at the Palais des congrès in Montreal in April-May 2026; it brought together more than 850 exhibitors and 26,000 professionals, with visitors from more than 90 countries. The fair is open only to agri-food professionals; the visitor profile includes buyers and decision-makers from retail, foodservice, distribution, import-export and food manufacturing.
