Since 1976, the Foodex Japan has been held annually in March in Tokyo, and is the largest and most established food and beverage fair in the Asia-Pacific region. The 52nd edition, will take place from 9-12 March 2027 at Tokyo Big Sight. Foodex Japan brings together 2,930 participating companies from 74 countries and regions, along with over 72,000 professional buyers. Foodex Japan provides access to Japan's 788 billion dollar food market, as well as other critical markets in Asia, including South Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. For Turkish food exporters, Japan is a growing and highly potential target market.
