Tuttofood 2028 will be held on 8-11 May 2028 at the Fiera Milano exhibition grounds in Milan. A B2B fair for the entire agri-food ecosystem, Tuttofood is held in even years and alternates in the calendar with Anuga in Cologne. The fair is structured by product areas; Bellavita Expo, Bakery Arena, Mixology Experience, Italian Specialty Selection, the start-up area, TuttoBio by Natexpo, TUTTO Fruit & Veg and AREPO Hub are among the special areas. Brazil will be the focus country of the 2028 edition, and two new pavilions are being added. The May 2026 edition featured about 5,000 brands across 82,000 m² in 10 pavilions; over the four days 123,000 entries were recorded, and 27,000 international visitors and 4,000 top-level international buyers attended the fair. Visitors include distributors, importers, large retail chains, food service businesses and chefs. The fair is organized by Fiere di Parma in strategic partnership with Fiera Milano and with the international support of Koelnmesse.
