Alimentaria 2028 Trade Fair Tour — Barcelona International Food and Beverage Fair

Alimentaria 2028 is held from March 20-23, 2028 at the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via exhibition centre in Barcelona, organised together with the hospitality and food services fair Hostelco under the name Alimentaria + Hostelco. The fair is exclusively for players and professionals of the agri‑food sector; visitors under 18 years of age are not admitted. The exhibition consists of sector halls such as Grocery Foods, Intercarn, Interlact, Expoconser, Restaurama, Coffee & Bakery, Snacks & Biscuits, Organic Foods and Fine Foods, as well as international pavilions and the Lands of Spain area featuring Spanish regions. According to the organiser, the 50th‑anniversary edition in March 2026 was visited by approximately 109,600 professionals from 120 countries; 25 % of visitors came from abroad, and more than 70 countries were represented with 1,200 companies and over 3,300 participating firms. The exhibition site is served by the Fira station on the L9 Sud metro line and the Europa|Fira station of the FGC. The fair is open from 09:30 to 18:30 for the first three days, and from 09:30 to 17:00 on the final day.
