Held every May in Shanghai since 2000, SIAL China Shanghai is the undisputed leading international fair of the food and beverage industry in Asia. Organized by the Comexposium Group, the fair opens its doors for 3 days between 18-20 May 2027 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC). As the Chinese branch of the SIAL brand founded in Paris in 1964, SIAL China Shanghai has hosted more than 40,000 exhibiting companies and over 1 million professional visitors with 24 years of experience in the Chinese market. Bringing together more than 5,000 exhibiting companies from 75 countries and 180,000 industry professionals from 132 countries in its 2026 edition, SIAL China Shanghai presents the entire value chain of the food and beverage industry under one roof across 22 sector categories — from baby food and organic products to milk and dairy products, from non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to meat and poultry products, from seafood to pulses and grains, from healthy and wellness products to ready meals and catering solutions, and from food technology and packaging to new retail solutions. In the 2027 edition, a second year of collaboration will take place between SIAL Shanghai and TuttoPizza (the Naples-based pizza fair).
