Algiers Djazagro 2027 takes place on 12-15 April 2027 at the SAFEX Exhibition Center (Palais des Expositions, Pins Maritimes) in Algiers. Founded in Algiers in 2003, the fair is organized by Comexposium; the 2026 report was published under the signature of Comexposium and Promosalons Algérie. Djazagro covers the processing, filling and packaging, bakery and pastry, food products and beverages, additives and flavorings, hospitality and food service, and hygiene sectors. The fair is open only to professionals; a professional identification document is required for every entry. According to the organizer, the April 2026 edition hosted 600 exhibitors representing 700 brands from 28 countries, and the fair was visited by 25,000 professionals from Algeria and abroad. The program is complemented by events such as the Djaz'Innov innovation competition, the Experts Agora and the training area. According to the organizer, SAFEX is approximately 15 km east of Algiers city center and approximately 10 km from the airport. The fair is open 10:00-18:00 on the first three days and 10:00-17:00 on the last day.
