FIPAN — Feira Internacional de Panificação, Confeitaria, Food Service e Sorvete, organized by ABIP and SINDIPAN, is Latin America's largest bakery and confectionery fair, held biennially in São Paulo. The 2027 edition will take place from July 21-24 at Expo Center Norte. With over 800 exhibitors and more than 60,000 visitors, FIPAN offers a comprehensive trade platform in the fields of bakery equipment, confectionery, ice cream, food service, and packaging, and has been a key meeting point for the industry since 1987.
