FIPAN — Feira Internacional de Panificação, Confeitaria, Food Service e Sorvete is Latin America's largest bakery and confectionery fair, held every two years in São Paulo, organized by ABIP and SINDIPAN. The 2026 edition will take place on 21–24 July at Expo Center Norte. With more than 800 exhibitors and over 60,000 visitors, FIPAN offers a comprehensive trade platform in the fields of bakery equipment, confectionery, ice cream, food service and packaging, and has been the key meeting point of the sector since 1987.
