Abitrigo Congresso Internacional da Industria do Trigo is Latin America's most established wheat and flour industry congress, organized by the Brazilian Wheat Industry Association (Abitrigo). At this annual gathering held in Rio de Janeiro, participants from across Brazil and the international market operating in flour milling, baking, pasta production, biscuit and confectionery industry, and wheat trade come together. Brazil is among the world's largest flour-consuming countries and constitutes one of Latin America's leading importer markets. For Turkey's milling machinery, bakery equipment and food machinery exporters, this congress offers a strategically important direct contact opportunity.
The congress program covers technical seminars, sectoral panels and trade contact sessions. Brazilian flour mills carry out high-value industrial equipment purchasing activities; Turkish machinery and equipment firms have strong references in this market. As Delta Expo Travel Agency, we organize congress participation and Rio de Janeiro transfers with an additional hotel package.

Brazil relies largely on imports for over 10 million tons of wheat annually. Flour industrialists continuously renew their milling technology. Turkey is among the world's leading countries in milling machinery production, and the interest of Brazilian millers in Turkish technology is increasing. The Abitrigo Congress forms a critical meeting ground for deepening this strategic trade relationship.
