BBI - Balkan Bakery Ingredients Expo 2027 will take place on 2-4 June 2027 at Hotel Hills Sarajevo Congress & Convention Center in the Ilidža district of Sarajevo. Described as an international bakery, pastry and food technologies fair, the event aims to bring together companies, buyers and decision-makers from the bakery, pastry, chocolate, ice cream, food processing technologies and HoReCa sectors in the heart of the Balkans. According to the organizer, BBI Expo, positioned as the first and only international specialized fair in the Balkans, aims to build new business connections for manufacturers, distributors, importers and industry professionals. Product groups include bakery machinery, pastry and ice cream technologies, food additives and raw materials, packaging, refrigeration and storage, HoReCa equipment, and food and beverages.
