Held annually in Dubai every November since 2014, Gulfood Manufacturing is the undisputed leading exhibition for the food and beverage manufacturing technologies, processing, packaging, and ingredients sectors in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA). Organized by Dubai World Trade Centre LLC, the exhibition opens its doors for 3 days with its 12th edition from 3-5 November 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). Gulfood Manufacturing presents the entire value chain of food and beverage production under one roof across 4 main segments, from food ingredients and raw materials to food processing machinery and equipment, smart packaging technologies to supply chain solutions, automation and robotics systems to hygiene and sterilization technologies, cold chain and logistics solutions to sustainable production technologies. FoodTech Summit, Innovation Tours and Gulfood Manufacturing Awards are among the prominent events of the exhibition. Smart factory systems, high-efficiency processing equipment, advanced automation solutions, and sustainable ingredient innovations are among the highlights of the 2026 edition.
