Held every September in Dubai, the ISM Middle East (formerly Yummex Middle East), according to the organizer, is the leading B2B fair for the confectionery, chocolate, snack and bakery sectors in the Middle East and Africa region. It opens its doors from 3‑5 November 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre across six halls.
