Held annually in September in Dubai, ISM Middle East (formerly Yummex Middle East) is the leading B2B trade fair for the confectionery, chocolate, snacks, and baked goods industry in the Middle East and Africa region. It opens its doors across 6 halls at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 15-17 September 2026. Bringing together over 200 exhibiting companies from 37 countries and distributors, importers, and retail buyers from around the world, ISM Middle East presents the entire spectrum of the industry, from chocolate and cocoa products to sugar and jelly confectionery, biscuits and wafers to organic and functional snacks, baked goods to Middle Eastern specialties like dates and halal foods.
