InterFood Azerbaijan 2027 Fair Tour — The Largest Food and Beverage Exhibition of the Caspian Region

Held annually in May in Baku, InterFood Azerbaijan is the leading B2B exhibition for the food, beverage, and food technologies sector in the South Caucasus and Caspian region. The 31st edition opens its doors at Baku Expo Centre between May 11-14, 2027. Bringing together food producers, equipment suppliers, retailers, and HoReCa professionals from over 20 countries, InterFood Azerbaijan presents all components of the sector under one roof, from food and beverages to dairy products and confectionery, from organic food to food processing and packaging technologies, and HoReCa equipment. A significant innovation in the 2027 edition: All food companies will be gathered under one roof in Pavilion 4 of Baku Expo Centre. The exhibition is also held concurrently with Caspian Agro Week and Horeca Caspian, making it possible to attend three different events with a single visit. Visited annually by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, this exhibition carries the official support of the Government of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture.
