Sweets & Snacks Expo 2027 will be held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis on 18-20 May 2027. According to the organizer, the fair is the leading B2B event of the confectionery and snack industries and brings together manufacturers of confectionery, snacks and frozen treats with retail buyers every year. The Supplier Showcase, dedicated to suppliers, takes place on the day before the main fair; the program includes education sessions, an awards ceremony, and the Startup Street, Specialty Market and Distributor Connect sections. The 2026 edition, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, was attended by 17,500 registrants and 1,000 exhibitors. The fair is open only to industry professionals: retail buyers, brokers, distributors, wholesalers, importers and exporters, foodservice companies, investors and institutions can register; those under 16 are not admitted to the fair. Most official hotels are a few minutes’ walk from the convention center and many are connected by enclosed skywalks. The fair is organized by the National Confectioners Association.
