iba is the bakery, confectionery and snacks sector fair organized in Munich by GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen mbH; the 2027 edition takes place on 24-28 October 2027 at the Messe München exhibition grounds. According to the organizer's data for the 2025 edition, more than 1,100 exhibitors from 45 countries attended the fair, 69 percent of them from outside Germany; more than 60,000 visitors from 150 countries toured more than 100,000 square meters of exhibition space. The fair covers the entire production chain, from bakery and pastry equipment to raw materials, packaging and shop fittings.
