drinktec is the trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry held in Munich; the 2028 edition takes place from 11-15 September 2028 in 11 halls of the Messe München fairgrounds. The organizer, YONTEX GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture of Messe München and NürnbergMesse that brings together drinktec and BrauBeviale under one roof, is supported sectorally by the VDMA Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Association. According to the 2025 edition data, the fair attracted 1,107 participants from 70 countries, 58,281 visitors toured the 74,000 square meters of net exhibition space, and 68% of visitors came from outside Germany.
