PSI 2027 will take place on 12-14 January 2027 in Halls 7 and 8 of the Koelnmesse exhibition grounds in Cologne. After 60 years in Düsseldorf, the fair is moving to Cologne with its 2027 edition; the organizer RX has announced that the fair will use the northern halls of the Cologne exhibition centre. According to the organizer, PSI is Europe’s leading trade show for the promotional products industry. The fair brings manufacturers, suppliers and importers of promotional products, incentives and merchandising together with promotional product distributors, printing and finishing companies and agencies. The program includes the PSI Trend Showcase, the PSI Textile Village for promotional textiles and workwear, an area demonstrating on-site finishing technologies, the PSI GUSTO section for edible promotional products and the Newcomer Lounge for new companies. At the January 2026 edition in Düsseldorf, more than 600 exhibitors met 9,735 trade visitors from 68 countries. The fair is open 09.00-18.00 on the first two days and 09.00-16.00 on the last day. As Delta Expo Travel Agency, we plan your Cologne fair trip together with flights, hotel, transfers and visitor registration.
