Held every three years in Cologne, Anuga FoodTec is, according to the organizer, the world’s only and leading supplier fair covering the entire chain of food and beverage production technologies. With the theme “Smart, Safe and Sustainable”, it will open its doors at Koelnmesse from 23-26 February 2027. The 2024 edition brought together 1,034 exhibiting companies from 44 countries and 25,000 professional visitors from 120 countries. Anuga FoodTec presents the entire value chain of food production in eight thematic segments, ranging from food processing and filling technologies to smart packaging solutions, digitalisation and automation systems, food safety and analytical technologies, intra‑logistics to sustainable energy solutions. The 2027 edition is expected to host 1,600 exhibitors and 50,000 visitors.
