FI Europe 2026, organized by Informa Markets, is a food and drink ingredients fair held on November 17-19, 2026 at the Messe Frankfurt exhibition grounds in Frankfurt. The fair brings together new ingredients, formulations, technologies and solutions; food ingredients, health ingredients, technology, services and equipment areas in a pet food and nutrition hub. According to the commercial publication Food and Drink Technology, the 2025 edition held in Paris was the 30th edition of the fair and hosted 24,351 professionals from 134 countries and 1,470 exhibitors. The organizer expects more than 1,650 exhibiting companies and over 27,000 visitors for 2026. The two‑day FI Europe Conference, Innovation Hub sessions and the Innovation Awards program on November 17 are the main highlights. From the airport, the S8 and S9 suburban trains reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, from there the S3, S4, S5 and S6 lines go to Frankfurt (Main) Messe station.
