Known in the industry as the “Olympics of Welding Technologies,” this event opens its doors at Messe Essen from September 17‑21, 2029 under the theme “Showtime for Innovation.” The 2025 edition brought together more than 800 participating companies from 44 countries and over 37,000 professional visitors from 100 countries. Schweissen & Schneiden showcases the entire value chain of the sector under one roof, from welding equipment and consumables to cutting systems, automation and robot technologies, and surface coating solutions.
