For the Dubai e-visa, application 1-2 weeks before is recommended, and for the US B1/B2 visa, 3-6 months before. Yes, we offer visa consultancy for all countries where we operate. For Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Turkish citizens can travel with visa-free entry or a fast e-visa; we complete the e-visa applications on your behalf. For the US B1/B2 commercial visa, we provide DS-160 form preparation, consulate appointment and interview preparation support. For the commercial visa procedures of China, Russia, Japan, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and other destinations, we have file preparation, invitation letter provision and application tracking services.

In case of visa rejection, the refund policy varies according to your contract and the reason for rejection. The consulate visa fee (usually 80 Euro) is not refunded because it is the embassy's service fee. However, for hotel reservations and flight tickets, when a visa rejection document is presented, a significant portion of the fee can be refunded or transferred to another fair date in our packages with flexible cancellation conditions. Early reservation (4-6 months before) provides 30-50% savings on flight tickets, priority in hotel quotas and price guarantee. Yes, all international fair participations we organize are 100% suitable for the travel and participation incentives of the KOSGEB Overseas Market Access Support Program, the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade Support for Participation in Fairs Abroad, and the Exporters' Associations (IIB, ITO, IMMIB, OAIB). We report all the documents required for your incentive file (e-invoice, flight ticket PNR, hotel reservation confirmation, fair accreditation document, bank transfer receipt) digitally after the trip. To maximize the acceptance rate in incentive applications, we arrange your documents in the format required by the relevant institution.

You can make your payments via bank transfer/EFT, credit card or corporate account. For payments made by credit card, we offer 3-9 month installment options through our partner banks. For corporate customers, contractual deferred payment options are possible. For reservation confirmation, a 30-50% advance payment is usually taken, and the remaining balance is collected 2-3 weeks before the fair date. A legal e-invoice is issued the same day for all payments, and the details requested by your accounting department (VKN, title, personnel information) are recorded on the invoice.

For our corporate customers, we structure the invoicing process to suit your company's accounting and incentive file needs. The invoice includes, in detail, the company title, tax identification number (VKN), tax office, list of accommodated personnel, fair name, fair date and service scope. Since we work with an e-invoice and e-archive system, invoices are delivered electronically instantly, and there is no need to track paper documents. All supporting documents to be added to your incentive application (flight ticket PNRs, hotel confirmations, transfer receipts) are reported in a single digital file after the trip.

Our standard fair tour package includes: round-trip economy class flight ticket from Istanbul to the relevant fair city, 3-4 star hotel accommodation near the fair grounds (breakfast included), airport welcome transfer, hotel-fair grounds shuttle service, return transfer, visa application consultancy and document support, fair accreditation card provision, a TürSAB-assured contract and 24/7 operational support throughout the fair. Services that can be requested outside the package: business class upgrade, VIP transfer vehicle, 5-star hotel, extra night accommodation, city tour and B2B appointment organization at the fair. Yes, some of our services are offered modularly. You can purchase only the hotel reservation or only the flight ticket services separately. This is a practical option especially for business people who have previously arranged a ticket or accommodation through a different channel.

An important advantage for those who prefer only accommodation: Thanks to the corporate quota contracts we make with our partner hotels during fair periods, our hotel prices are generally more affordable than online reservation platforms. Especially in fair-center cities such as Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Munich, Milan and Paris, while prices on online platforms increase 2-3 times in busy periods, our contracted prices remain fixed. Services not provided outside the package: Visa application consultancy, airport/fair grounds transfer and fair accreditation services are not sold alone because they operationally work in connection with accommodation; these are offered only as part of the tour package. Your request form specifying which module you prefer is answered with a custom offer within 24 hours.

The efficiency of a business trip depends directly on the location of the hotel. During fair periods, we prefer hotels within walking distance of the fair grounds or directly connected by metro line, because returning to the hotel during the fair day saves time for extra meetings and rest needs. In large cities such as Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Munich, Milan and Paris, hotels near the Messe areas fill up quickly, so early reservation is critical. If hotels near the fair grounds are full or you have a budget priority, we offer alternative hotel packages with morning-evening ring transfer service.

Yes, airport-hotel and hotel-fair grounds transfer service is included as standard in all our tour packages. On arrival, our company representative welcomes you at the airport with a sign and transfers you to your hotel in a comfortable vehicle; provides a daily shuttle service between the hotel and fair grounds during the fair days; and takes you to the airport on return. For high-participation corporate groups, special vehicle allocation, VIP transfer (Mercedes V-Class, Vito) and driver-guide services are offered on request. We plan all the details from venue selection to participant management, from transport planning to social activity programs, from catering organization to technical infrastructure. Destinations such as Dubai, Antalya, Bodrum, Cyprus, Barcelona, Rome and Prague are particularly preferred for dealer meetings. While tour organization is our primary service, we provide information about the list of exhibiting companies and their product portfolios before the fair. We support you in the registration process for the official B2B Matchmaking platforms offered by fair organizers, and share preliminary information for your visit planning along with the invitation letter and accreditation. Instead of providing a direct company-to-company appointment service, we work in coordination with your marketing and commercial team during this process, because the efficiency of commercial meetings largely depends on your sector knowledge.

To increase efficiency on your first fair visit, we recommend the following steps: make your reservation 4-6 months before the fair date, review the list of exhibitors from the official fair website in advance and list the 20-30 companies you want to visit, save the hall plan as a phone screenshot, balance comfortable shoes and business attire during the fair, carry plenty of business cards and your company brochure, and after each meeting, jot down a 2-3 word note next to the company name. Yes, you can make a fair trip together with an accompanying person (spouse, family member or company employee). The visa process for accompanying persons is carried out in parallel with yours, but there are a few differences: for family member accompanying persons, a kinship document (marriage certificate, civil registry record copy) is added, and for company employee accompanying persons, an employer notification and job description is obtained from your company. For accompanying person visas, the application is made in the 'short-term tourist/business visit' category instead of the fair purpose. We update your accommodation package as a double room instead of a single room, and an additional per-person fee for the accompanying person is applied in the pricing.
