Biofach 2027 — Nürnberg Organic Food Fair
BIOFACH is an organic food fair held at the Nürnberg Messe Center by NürnbergMesse GmbH. The 2027 edition takes place on 16-19 February 2027; the gates are open from 09:00 to 18:00 on 16–18 February, and from 09:00 to 17:00 on 19 February. Since 1990, the fair has covered the entire organic food value chain, bringing pioneers who are passionately committed to organic food together with newcomers to the sector; regional, national, and international stakeholders are all under one roof.
